What didn't fit in the resume but should be known... Call it "portfolio"... Or "resume supplement"... Or "CV companion"...

2006 Dbdb, a JPDA-based framework and Eclipse plugin for single-call-stack cross-language debugging, is finally out as a prototype/proof-of-concept, and is up for adoption. Code, write-up and rudimentary demo is available at http://db-db.sourceforge.net.
2005 -- 2006 As part of porting effort at P&H Solutions, we even open-sourced some parts of some tools:
2004 -- 2005 More information about TotalETL::infoSight product I worked on:
  1. InfoSight demo (Flash)

  2. InfoSight conference leaflet

  3. InfoSight in a nutshell (MS Word)

I am grateful to TotalETL for this opportunity to really be an architect -- not only designing the product, but also guiding the development team, defining the software development process (including release engineering and QA) and promoting best practices.

2003 We'll always have Paris -- working for IBM/Peugeot's venture to develop an Internet-based vehicle diagnostic system.
2002-2003 The application Svetlana and I (as a contractor), working for Commonwealth Research Group, developed (MA-FIT -- see also here -- which stands for Massachusetts Fiscal Impact Tool, an application for analysis of economic impact of laws and regulations) has helped the client, Massachusetts Community Preservation Initiative, to win the "Community Outreach and Education" portion of the 2002 National Smart Growth Awards by EPA.

2001 I was working on a contract as a Software Engineer for Genome Therapeutics, on a Java-based LIMS. Part of the work involved driving MacOS-based programs. I knew nothing about AppleScript for doing this going into the job, but shortly after the contract was completed, I was invited by a different manager for another contract as an AppleScript guru (I didn't know I've become one!). As one of the products of this second contract, on my own initiative I wrote "Notes on Scripting and Automation using AppleScript".
1995 -- 1996 With Alex Sherstinsky (as Dr.E-Store), I was Mr.E-Store, creating one of the first online stores, with shopping carts and the works. Ah, the CGI scripts...

We got some press:
